Hold a Coke With Your Boobs

Friday, May, 29 2015

Turns out the newest video trend has women holding a coke with no hands in between their breasts. It is for a good cause has this is supposedly raising awarness for breast cancer research. (Think Ice Bucket Challenge but with boobs.) The people behind it are an adult entertainment talent agency, here's their Facebook page. According to Esquire magazine the Breast Cancer Research Foundation does not support this campaign. Either way it is a disease that could always use some support, so whether you agree or don't here are girls holding a Coke with their boobs. ?#‎HoldACokeWithYourBoobsChallenge?

Today in Green bay

Thursday, May, 28 2015

Sad news and good news on the business front in Green Bay today. First I found out that one of downtown Green Bay's staple restuarants are going to be closing it's doors after Saturday. I've had dates, morning afters and just good conversation and food (maybe some drinks) with friends at Cafe Espresso. I'm saddened to see it go away. Now according to the Green Bay Press Gazette the current owner is selling it so maybe a new owner will come in and keep it going.

Now the good. The Green Bay City Council voted against Wal-Mart buying the old Larsen canning factory and property on Broadway (thankfully) and the Mayor annoucned that it is now being sold to both Titletown Brewing Co. and Smet Construction, two local companies who plan to devolp the land.

The Larsen Green project calls for mixed-use development, namely a hotel, residential units, small grocer, retail space, professional office space and a recreational/entertainment venue using some of the existing structures on the property

This of course means more construction downtown but when it's all said and done downtown Green Bay might actually feel like a real cities downtown.

Indecent Exposure: Asking Alexandria

Wednesday, May, 27 2015

This is taken from the music news section on this website:

Asking Alexandria has unveiled their first song since founding frontman Danny Worsnop left the band earlier this year. The track, called "I Won't Give In," features Asking Alexandria's new lead singer, Denis Shaforostov. You can listen to "I Won't Give In" now on YouTube.

"He's an incredibly talented vocalist, from the multiple wide range of screams that Asking Alexandria obviously needs and will continue to have, and his singing and range is out of this world," guitarist Ben Bruce tells Kerrang! of Shaforostov. "He's been a fan of the band for a long time, so he's familiar with all our old songs, and he really cares about the band. He's a passionate, cool guy; it's the perfect scenario."

"I had this gut feeling, man; I totally felt something big was going to happen right before the guys reached out to me," adds Shaforostov. "Without a doubt, I was extremely stoked and I poured all of my emotions into the writing for the new Asking Alexandria record."

Asking Alexandria will be touring all summer as a part of the 2015 Vans Warped Tour. Worsnop, meanwhile, is working full-time with his band, We Are Harlot.
