June 7, 2011 ARTISTdirect.com is extremely proud to premiere Red's new video for "Feed the Machine" from their latest album Until We Have Faces, which plays out more like a mini movie than any music video we've seen in decades.
It opens with one of our "heroes", attached to some sort of chains in a sewer, like a scene from the Saw franchise. It then evolves into an exploration of things like human experiments, government intrusion into our lives, cloning and robots, set to a rather vicious riff.
It certainly has Terminator overtones to it, as well.
I love rock videos that get you thinking, and this is the first one that got me thinking in forever.
